Lucy, our amazing apprentice chef in the kitchen has just passed her ‘Production Chef’ Level 2 NVQ and we couldn’t be happier for her!

After being with us for almost a year we have seen her come so far! She has found her love for foraging and all the amazing produce just on our doorstep here in Dorset, which we can see in all the lovely dishes they create in the kitchen
