It is officially summer! Our cocktail of the month for June is our Strawberry Elderflower Sparkler!

Our chefs have created a delicious syrup made from New Forest strawberries. We mix this with elderflower cordial, Gordon’s gin and top with our bubbly Prosecco to create the perfect summer cocktail! Come and sit in our beautiful garden and enjoy!
