Yalbury Cottage, in the small hamlet of Lower Bockhampton, dates back 300 years and was once home to the local shepherd and the keeper of the water meadows.

Comfortable sun-lit and spacious – the main ingredients needed to unwind and relax in one of our eight cosy rooms located in the modern part of the cottage, decorated in a simple cottage style.

Each room has windows framing views of the gardens or the rolling fields of green. They discreetly integrate the musts of today’s world, from wireless broadband to flat screen plasma TV’s with built in DVD and CD players.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom with bath and over shower. Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh coffee and fresh milk.

ARRIVAL

Check in is between 3pm and 9pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10pm.

Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3pm there may be occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. Should you need an early check-in from 12 noon there will be an additional charge of £10.00. We reserve the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational and we cannot guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking.

DEPARTURE

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Should you need a late-check-out between 11am and 1.00pm there will be an additional charge of £10.00. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Cancellation

Yalbury Cottage has a free cancellation policy, which is up to 2pm two days prior to arrival. All cancellations after this cut-off, or non-arrival, will be charged the first night in full.
