CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Your room will be ready for you by 2.00pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your bags.

On the day of departure please vacate your room by 11.00AM. If you are intending to spend more time, we will store your bags for you.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of £25.00 per person is required at the time of reservation to secure the room. Should any person in your party have to cancel, you will lose that person's deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned or transferred to another booking.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel, postpone or cut short your reservation with less than 48 hours' notice (2.00PM cut-off time) you will be charged for the full cost of the first nights accommodation.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

Where the replacement or repair of any item damaged or broken by a guest costs in excess of £50.00, the total cost of the replacement or repair will at our discretion, be charged to the guest responsible.

KEYS

If you accidentally take one of our keys with you, please return them within five working days. Keys not returned during that period will be replaced and you will be charged for the cost of replacement.

SMOKING

By law it is illegal to smoke on anywhere on these premises.
