Our
wine menu
We buy all our wines and Champagne from a local wine store in Poundbury
called "The Dorset Wine Company". Jonathan Charles, the owner
of the company and a true lover of fine wines, helped us create this wine
menu.Jonathan will be more than happy to sell you any of the wines on

meats
All our fantastic sausages, bacon, white pudding, black pudding comes
from Kevin and Amanda Crocker of Pampered Pigs in Tolpuddle. They also

We buy all our cheeses under one roof from a wonderful Delicatessen in
Dorchester called the Fridge. We also buy the very popular Woolsery goats

Cooking
oil
At Yalbury we only cook with the finest rapeseed oil. We do not have any
olive oil within the hotel!! We get our rapeseed oil from Chris Pratt

Roberts is a new company to come on board this month and supply a wide
range of local produce from smaller suppliers who find it difficult to
distribute their products. Roberts are a welcome addition to all caterers.
