500gr Mascarpone cheese
250gr Whipping cream
2 each espresso cup of coffee
Whip the cream with the cold coffee and sugar ten whisk with the mascarpone.
Coffee flavoured syrup
10gr Coffee extract
Combine all the ingredients together
Soak the Savoyard cookie in the coffee syrup.
In a deep glass dish layer the cookies then the mascarpone, repeat this operation twice and then sprinkle with cacao powder
