Marinade for Chicken
6 portions
Ingredients:
500gr yoghurt
50gr mustard
60gr chopped onions
80gr chopped tomato
3 tablespoon lemon juice
50gr chopped garlic
2 tablespoon chopped thyme
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
2cl corn oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and marinate the chicken for 24 hours.
