As Jamie says, "I want to produce creative but classical French menus for Yalbury Cottage, only the best seasonal British fish, meat, vegetables and dairy products available locally, so a lot of emphasis will be made on visiting suppliers in the area, searching for the best produce".

The lounge and restaurant

Situated in the oldest part of the cottage, these rooms are full of character, with oak-beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and exposed stone walls.

The restaurant offers excellent cuisine and reasonably priced wines, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

The lounge and restaurant provide the perfect setting for an intimate dinner, private lunch party or family celebration.
