Cooking Demonstrations at Yalbury Cottage
Jamie and Chris will be demonstrating and sharing some of their secrets of seasonal dishes for entertaining friends and family, starting with canapés, starter, fish, meat and desserts.
Sunday
Arrival from 2pm onwards
4pm Tea and cake with Jamie and an introduction to the programme
7pm Three course dinner at leisure
Monday
8.30am breakfast for all participants
10.30am cooking demonstration by Jamie
1.30pm Demonstration finishes, English Tapa’s Lunch served in the lounge
7pm Dorset Wine dinner, a six-course menu, Jonathan Charles of the Dorset Wine Company will introduce matching wines to go with each course
Tuesday
Breakfast from 8am to 10am
Due to the size of our kitchen (very small!) there is no possibility for guests attending to do hands-on cooking. Jamie will demonstrate each dish and all recipes will be available to take with you.
